Return and Exchange Policy

Since the products of Mulhum for Yemeni Honey are classified as food products, the return and exchange policy is subject to conditions that ensure the safety and quality of the products.

Returns or exchanges are possible in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged.
A different product than ordered was delivered.
There is an error in the order on the part of the store.
The product has expired.

Customer service must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos attached.

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

After the packaging has been opened or used.
If the product was stored incorrectly after receipt.
If the reason for the return is related to personal taste.
After the specified reporting period has expired.

After verifying the case, the store has the right to choose one of the following solutions:

Exchange the product.
Send a replacement product.
Refund the value of the product.
Provide a purchase coupon, depending on the situation.
